What are serviced offices?
A serviced office from Sunshine Coast Business Centre is a total office solution, providing all the services your business needs to perform at its best. We take care of all the time consuming office management issues, and take the worry out of commercially leasing premises - leaving you free to focus on maximising your business’ potential.
We cater for businesses of all shapes and sizes, giving you the freedom to either grow or reduce your office space as your business requires it.
Our offices
All offices are professionally furnished offices, equipped with internet and ready for printing, faxing & scanning.

Included in our rates are:
  • Office, fully furnished and equipped (internet, phone)
  • Reception staff with knowledge of your business, to greet your visitors
  • call answering and message taking of unanswered calls
  • 24 hour, 7 days a week security access
  • Self-serve tea, coffee and chilled filtered water
  • Air conditioning
  • Office cleaning
  • All electricity and outgoings
  • Local phone calls
  • Printing (minimum limit applies)
  • Collect mail daily and post outgoing mail (standard postal charges apply) on your behalf


1) What does my rent include?
Office rental includes the following:
  • Fully furnished office
  • Electricity
  • Cleaning
  • Air conditioning
  • Self service tea/coffee facilities
  • Local telephone calls
  • Reception service – greet visitors
  • Daily mail collection & distribution
  • Call answering and message taking of unanswered calls
  • Internet (p/month upload/download limit applies)
  • Printing (p/month copies applies)
  • 2 hours of meeting room space p/month
2) Are there any other fees to pay when I start a lease?
Yes. There is a one-off setup fee covering the telephone & internet setup and lobby listing. This setup fee is $150.00. That’s it!

3) Do I need to sign a commercial lease?
No. When renting one of our offices we ask that you sign our standard licensing agreement. You can find a copy of this agreement on our website.

4) Can I lease an office for a short period of time, say a day or a week?
Absolutely! Offices are available for short leasing opportunities. We have a short licensing agreement available setting out our terms.

5) What if I need to use the meeting space or secretarial services, what do I pay for these?
Some of our services are payable in addition. They are on a user-pay basis. All of our additional services are listed on our current charge rate available upon request.

6) How do I pay the lease?
Long term lease payments are made via direct debit systems, usually on a monthly basis. Payment terms are strictly a month in advance. Short term lease payments are made at the time of booking via direct deposit. Booking confirmation is made upon deposit confirmation.
